Kay Kay

I am looking forward to seeing Kim Kardashian's wedding special on E!  I'm not big into weddings but I feel like this event is one of the high points of Kris Jenners career as a 'momager'.  I've read and had conversations with friends full of criticism of Kris and the girls as a unit.  I disagree wholeheartedly.

I appreciate the Kris Jenners of the world.  These people (not just women) know how to assess the market, play to it and be successful.  People are seriously out here calling her a pimp.  Pimp has such a negative connotation.  If her daughters had rocket scientist potential, nobody would say a bad word about her using her connections to get them in front of people who could get them jobs at NASA.  Nary a person batted an eye when it was tossed around that Kate Middleton's mother specifically sent her to school to snag her a prince rub elbows with the right people.

People are only mad at her because it appears that she's using looks to propel her daughters careers.  People feel more comfortable believing the playing field is even if we take looks away and focus on brain power or recognized talents. The mental playing field isn't even either.  We aren't all born with the same mental ability.  I think it has a lot to do with genetics and nutrition.  People are upset because they believe she used her daughter's chex tape as the foundation for an empire.  Welp, so what if she did.  It's better than wallowing in self-pity and regret.

People like to assume what Kris does is easy work!  Hell they like to assume being those Kardashian/Jenner girls is easy.  I don't know about you, but I need a nap after wearing lashed for more than three hours. I can only imagine the girls are spent by the time they make it through an entire day wearing those huge lashes.  And I bet the tabloid stuff does get to them sometimes.  Yeah, being a Kay Kay is a lot of work and comes with a lot of stress.

The only way people wouldn't call Kris Jenner a pimp would be is she wasn't successful.  Now, suppose all the people bad talking Kris and the girls were smart, they'd take time out to see how the methods Kris uses can work in their regular, non-celeb life. How can you take lemons and turn them into a lifetime supply of Lemonheads, lemon vodka, and lemonade!?
